วันก่อนขับรถผ่านแถวสะพานควาย เห็นร้านตัดชุดวิวาห์ ชื่อร้าน ทูเลิฟ (ครับ เขาเขียนอย่างนั้นจริงๆ) เข้าใจว่าคงตั้งใจจะหมายถึง True Love แต่ความที่ลิ้นแข็ง (หรือหูแข็งก็ไม่รู้) ก็เลยทำให้ตกตัว ร.เรือ ไป

Drove past a wedding boutique in Sapan Khwai intriguingly named Tu Love. The name was spelled in Thai characters, so I had no idea of the meaning they were trying to achieve. Yes, it is possible that they wanted to say Two Loves (after the proverbial 7-year itch had taught them the shortcomings of One Love perhaps). More likely it's due to the laziness of Thai tongues these days, saying bloom when they mean broom, saying boom when they mean either broom or bloom. Scary. Or should that be scally?
